Our 6-D Process
01.
Sourcing & Origin Selection
The journey begins at the farm level. We partner with dedicated smallholder farmers and cooperatives in the most fertile regions, selecting only the finest Grade 1 and 2 coffee cherries and high-oil content seeds at the peak of their harvest season

Primary Processing
Once harvested, the raw products undergo initial processing. Coffee is either Washed (pulped and fermented) or Natural (sun-dried on raised beds). Oilseeds are dried and pre-cleaned to remove field debris, preserving their natural purity.

Advanced Cleaning & Grading
In our processing facilities, we use modern technology—including Sortex color sorters and gravity separators—to remove impurities and defective beans. Every batch is graded based on screen size, moisture content, and density to meet international contract specifications

Quality Control & Cupping
Our lab technicians and Certified Q-Graders perform rigorous testing. Coffee is roasted and “cupped” to verify flavor profiles, while oilseeds are analyzed for oil percentage and acidity. No product leaves our warehouse without a Certificate of Analysis.

Packaging & Protection
To ensure the product survives the long sea voyage, we use premium packaging. Coffee is packed in Jute bags with GrainPro liners to lock in freshness, and oilseeds are packed in heavy-duty PP or Jute bags, labeled with batch numbers for full traceability.
